General terms and conditions


We deliver our products after we have received the payment in advance.

You can pay with bank tranfer, Paypal, Western Union and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Credit card payment is done at the SSL secure Paypal side. You need a free Paypal account for that.

The products are shipped with Deutsche Post AG (DHL) including insurance.
The standard way of shipping is via land and sea. Please contact us for airmail.

Orders over 1.000.-EUR are free from shipping costs.

The following general terms and conditions apply to every contract, dispatch and other services.

DER ZEUGWART, (called only DER ZEUGWART in the following) can change this general terms and conditions in the future. All orders will be done with the terms and conditions which were guilty at the date when the order was placed.

All prices are incl. 19% VAT.
Products are shipped within 5 days if they are on stock. Otherwise DER ZEUGWART tries do deliver the products as fast as possible. The customer can cancel the order if there is an agreement about a date of delivery and this date is exceeded by 2 months. For some of our products the time of delivery could be 4-8 weeks, if they are not on stock.

By receiving the products the customer had to controll them for defects. All defects had to be told DER ZEUGWART within 10 days.

The security of your personal information is of utmost importance to us. Information needed to process the business transaction of your order will be logged and if necessary passed on to our service partners enabling them to fulfill your order. All personal data are of course treated with utmost confidentiality.
